If it was a lot, then probably Gotenks, if not then Gohan.

Elder Kaioshin's ritual was only stated to be able to bring someone beyond their natural limits. As far as I remember, it was never mentioned that they were brought "far" beyond their limits.

He should still be at least at Super Buu in power, probably higher, so I think any form of Gotenks will lose.

Gohan takes this Uber 4<Fantastic power up but Gohan was 2x times more powerfull than Super Buu and Gotenks ssj3 was barely above Super Buu ssj3 is 4x times ssj2 for me so even if Uber 4 is actually weaker than Fantastic its not over 6x times weaker than that
